Powerful Life-Changing Habits To Help You Manifest Your Dreams

Powerful Life-Changing Habits To Help You Manifest Your Dreams

Regardless of whether you are someone who believes in the powers of the universe or not, there’s something to be said about establishing certain habits that can help you achieve your dreams.

We are big believers in following your instincts and listening to your gut, so when something doesn’t “feel” right, you best believe we’re going to pivot. With that said, we have great trust in our gut instincts and can tell the difference between a nervousness before something great happens — and a nervousness before something completely unravels.

Here are some absolute habits that we truly believe will help make your dreams a reality …

SIMPLE YET SOLID ROUTINES.
Having your routines mapped out (with “back-ups” for those days where sh!t hits the fan before 8am!) will take “what am I doing today?!” out of the picture and set you up for unbelievable success. So, having a sold morning routine in place will make sure that you’re always starting your day off on the right foot and setting you up for success. Some people enjoy longer routines, spanning a couple of hours, while others prefer a quick 15-minute routine to get their day up and running.

A few things to consider including in your morning routine could be meditation or yoga, journaling, enjoying a cup of coffee, going for a walk, or listening to a podcast episode that will leave you feeling nothing but inspired and ready to tackle the day. Just as morning routines are important, so are evening ones. Ending the day feeling you accomplished everything you set out to and not having any lingering thoughts before bed is a great way to unwind, leaving you ready for a restful sleep. Doing a brain dump a couple of hours before bed and going for a walk will get out any unwanted thoughts and let your brain know that it’s time to shut down for the day.

FIND YOUR “GOLDEN HOUR”.
Some people are on fire during the day and use the entire evening to unwind and relax. But others come to life at dinnertime after having slept all day. If you can identify when your productivity comes to life, you are way ahead of the game. And while you’re doing this, also …

ESTABLISH A PRIORITY HIERARCHY.
And hold yourself to it! Start by placing your focus only on the task at hand. Because if you’re working on “A” but too busy worrying about B, C, D and Z, you won’t do a good job on A.

MIND-MAP YOU HEART OUT.
If you dream it, you can achieve it, right?

There’s no doubt that visualization is an extremely powerful tool, especially when it comes to envisioning your idea of success. Professional athletes are great examples of this, as many use visualization techniques to run through scenarios of specific plays, games, and even their entire career goals. Remember when, as kids, there was nothing better than looking up at the skies dreaming about what’s out in the world and dreaming your absolute biggest dreams — why did we ever stop doing this?

Allow your brain to spark magical new dreams and see what endless possibilities you can discover.

CREATING SIMPLICITY WITH ORGANIZATION.
What would this list be without including some systems to keep our dreams organized?

Sure, you can simply wish to the Universe to make something happen, but why not give it an extra little nudge and give it a roadmap?! Using some simple ways of organization and systems (and hopefully automated ones!), or even breaking your goals into smaller ones is a perfect step in getting to that rainbow.

Happiness is decluttering

DELEGATE SO YOU CAN SAY “YES”.
You can’t be a superhero 100% of the time. Even if you feel like one. So, swallow your pride, put away your cape and ask for help before you explode! You can’t #BeAll, #DoAll and #KnowAll all the time. Delegation is a true golden key to keeping your plate clear and helping you operate smoothly. It’s all about knowing when to delegate and making sure you do so to the “right people” all the while keeping your communications as clear as possible. This way you’re not feeling overwhelmed by menial tasks.

KEEP THE PEANUT GALLERY OUT OF IT.
If you’re the type of person who can dream big, realistic dreams and set yourself on a path to conquer them, don’t sabotage yourself from asking the opinion of every person you’ve ever encountered. We see it time and time again and it makes us so sad because we see people’s hopes and dreams get crushed by people they don’t even know. By all means, consult with those closest to you who’s thoughts you TRULY value, but leave the rest out of it. We want you to ENJOY your dreaming process and setting those goals. Then you can just let “them” see the results for themselves.

By believing in yourself and planning the process, you can create a roadmap that will allow you to not only expand your goals, but also increase your self-esteem, self-worth, and self-actualization. When you can set your mind to something — it could even be the smallest goal, such as “starting a business” to a much larger goal of “hitting 1M in revenue” — it is done by your belief in yourself and your hard work. And by adding in even a few of our suggestions in today’s post will only make this journey more memorable.
